Welcome to Dancing Spiral - Sacred Sounds! Jamie uses sacred sounds in a variety of ways. She holds "sound baths" which are like cosmic concerts with planetary gongs and crystal singing bowls. She also conducts healing sessions using a variety of modalities including sound therapy, bodywork, energy healing, color therapy and more. Jamie has also recorded 2 meditation CDs featuring gongs and crystal singing bowls which are fantastic for yoga, massage and other healing sessions, space clearing and meditation. Jamie fuses sacred sounds with dance/hooping and works with a variety of talented healers and musicians.
