Hooping is both a beautiful form of dance and an amazing workout! Hoop dance has been around for many years but just in the past few has started to make it's way into mainstream media. There is now a large community of "hoopers" around the globe with more and more people every day discovering the joy of hooping. Why hoop? Because it is fun!
