You will enjoy a full spectrum of healing as you are moved through gentle and restorative poses while the sounds of healing crystal bowls and gongs fill the air. A great way to get a head start into the new year and renew your spirit! Our intention for this gathering is to create an environment where you can feel safe and cozy so that you can relax your body and start your new year off with a clear and balanced sense of self.
